Agawa River - leaving Friday October 3rd - October 10th
October 3 - Arrive in Sault St Marie - approximately 7-8 hour drive
October 4 - load gear by 8.00 am - arrive LSPP and get camping permits - Be in Frater no later than 12.30 pm
Arrive at mile 116.5
October 7th - campsite 1 km below Agawa Falls - as this is the Super moon evening
October 8th lunar eclipse from 0600- 07.00
October 9th paddle out, if calm along Lake Superior to Agawa Bay
Jeff Mc Coll has been planning this trip for quite some time. we had several cancellations and at this point I am without a partner.
Trip is depending on water levels on the river due to some possible rainfalls this week.
